LandRite New User - Mineral & Contracts (1/2 day)

Half-day workshop ideal for anyone new to LandRite, our new user course is designed to demonstrate the fundamentals of LandRite.  Completion of this course will allow land administrators to accomplish their day to day activities with confidence.  Participants will learn how to create and maintain mineral leases; create and maintain contracts; entering and maintaining wells; introduction to land rights; reporting.  The intended audience is any new user to LandRite.  Students need a basic land background and computer skills.
 

LandRite Surface New User & Advanced Training (1 day)

This full day workshop covers everything you need to know about Administering Surface and Third Party Agreements in LandRite.  Topics covered are navigating in LandRite, creating Surface Leases, Master Road Use agreements, Addendums, creating and generating Road Use Invoices, Pipeline Projects, document sets, understanding relationships and linking third party agreements, surface leases, wells, and facilities.  We will finish off with creating surface criteria profiles, reporting and export reporting.  The intended audience is current LandRite users.  Students need a basic surface land background and computer skills.
 

MapQ (1/2 day)

This is a half-day workshop that teaches how to create presentation quality maps using the industry's most intuitive mapping software.  In this session you will learn how to build land maps showing proprietary land and proprietary seismic, reflect royalty interest and AMI's and differentiate between partial and zonal rights.  You will also learn how to use annotation tools to customize your maps.  The intended audience is Land Personnel, Geologists and Technologists.
