Missing Crown Landsales postings.
Check to see if the posting has been loaded. If the landsale date appears in the legend box of your map, the posting has been loaded. If parcels are missing, it may have been an advance posting. Always load all the landsale postings to ensure that the sale data is correct.
How do I put our company logo in the legend box?
MapQ now uses two logo files for the legend box. logo.bmp is for the normal legend and logo2.bmp is used for the compressed legend. Use an image editing program to resize to logo to 961 x 519 at 72 dpi for logo.bmp and 400 x 80 at 72 dpi for logo2.bmp. Maximize the logo within the above image sizes. Copy the two resized logos to \\mapq_server_name\database\logo directory.
When I check the status of a map, it's "waiting in queue".
Your MapQ server is likely processing the maximum number of concurrent maps that is has been set at. Check it again in a short while. If it persists, check to see if the mapper.exe processes are actively using CPU time on the server. Check to see that the MapQ_S directly is shared as mapexec.
