Can I edit the results on a report? 

Most of the canned reports cannot be edited.  However, a few reports are available to print to MS Word which will allow you to edit the results as desired.  Alternatively, you can use the Export tool to create your own reports that will export the data into an Excel spreadsheet.  This is found under the Reports menu, Export. 

There is a current DOI on the contract subgroup where a Land Right has been attached, but it doesn't show on the grid when the Land Rights quarter is selected. 

The most common problems when a DOI doesn't show up or shows up incorrectly on the grid is because there are multiple current DOI's or no active DOI. This could be a result of moving the Land Right to another contract, or difficulties in establishing the governing subgroup. The simplest way to establish what is happening is to right-click the land right and view the DOI/Royalty History for the Land Right. Confirm that the effective and obit dates are correct and that there is only one active DOI. 

Can you export lands to another mapping program?  

Yes, several prebuilt formats are available to export data from LandRite so you can import into another mapping program.  Under the File menu go to Mineral Reports.  Choose export lands for mapping.
