Pop up Blockers 

Many users have one or more pop up blockers installed on their system.  Quite often they've been installed by another program without the user even being aware of it.  Because our site uses pop up windows, this can stop certain screens from opening.  Users can try holding down the shift and / or ctrl keys. 

My Map is freezing 

Occasionally the map stops responding.  Symptoms of this include fly-overs appearing and not disappearing, the screen can no longer be zoomed or panned and you can't select any rigs, permits or wells.  This sometimes happens when users try to navigate the map too quickly.  If you keep trying to zoom or pan before the screen has been loaded from the last request, the requests tend to bottle up and cannot be completed.  Please be sure that each zoom or pan has been completely loaded before trying another.
