EarthTOOLS
The Divestco EarthTOOLS suite of software consists of a set of applications designed for geological interpretation, seismic modeling and digitizing. EarthTOOLS includes the following:
- CrossLog Suite: Raster and digital curve cross section package. The CrossLog Suite connects directly to the online Divestco curve and raster log databases.
- Synthetic Suite: Stratigraphic log modeling and synthetic seismograms.
- Outrider: Seismic structural modeling and depth conversion. Build complex velocity models and perform post stack depth migration. Methods include image ray, zero offset, diffraction point, and wave front synthetics.
- Digitizing Tools:
- The Rat®: Patented portable system for fast, versatile, and cost-effective digitizing that is bundled with Divestco software to digitize well logs and map features.
- FastLog: Well log digitizing package for use with the RAT®, this software digitizes logs quickly and accurately. Includes powerful curve editing and top-picking tools with the bundled LogEdit application.
- GeoCad: Digitize, edit, and plot detailed map data, including contours, well locations, seismic shotpoints, grid and culture. Extensive list of exports for most work station formats.
- Vol Planimeter: This application digitizes contours and lease boundaries to produces volumetric and reservoir reports.
New Features
EarthTOOLS Version 5.5.2 is Now Available:
New Scale Options for grid properties in LogEdit: In the grid properties you can now specify log depth scales as standard ratios such as 1:240 and 1:600.
Selectable Raster log resolution: When you Import rasters for LogEdit, Crosslog or LogPrinter, you can now choose between three image resolutions – 100, 200 or 400 dpi.
New Formation tops label toggle: In LogEdit, you can quickly toggle the formation labels on and off by pressing the <V> key. This makes it much easier to identify subtle curve variations when you are picking tops.
Log Display Templates: In LogEdit you can now create and modify display templates which control the appearance of the log tracks and depth scales. A default template option has been added to the Preferences to allow you to set your preferred default log display template.
